The Mini Howie's are smaller more hyperactive versions of Howie himself that appeared in the episode "Mini Howie's". They quickly became best friends with the Mini Duck's and causing destruction all over the Banana Cabana and tickling Octo and Piggy and stealing Piggy's hat. They are also a bad influence on the Mini Duck's because they didn't start behaving this way intil the Mini Howie's were born. They also seem bumber then Howie himself.
