Howie's Dad is was never introduced in any epsiodes. He is only spoken of which is useful for Poodle to threaten Howie (because nobody is really aware of what their dad is like). It is unknown to what Howie's dad looks like and his voice, age and job is also false. His career, judging that he has one, is another unknown subject. Howie's dad is quite an anonymous character considering all of the facts that have no accurate conclusion. He is a dog. He is most likely rich.
In 'It's My Party' it is mentioned that Howie is the manager since his dad owns the Banana Cabana.
